What an incredible 22-day adventure! ❤️

We have officially wrapped up the biggest catering challenge Enola Gay Catering has ever taken on, and we couldn’t finish it without saying a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made it possible.

For 22 days, our team worked incredibly hard, with days ranging anywhere from 12 to 17 hours, catering for JCB and JCB Media and then taking on Speed Week, where we served thousands of racers, volunteers, spectators, and visitors.

The extreme heat, long hours, changing meal counts, tight schedules, and sheer amount of food that had to be prepared and delivered tested us in every way. But our crew stepped up every single day. They cooked, prepped, bar tended, packed, delivered, served, cleaned, and did whatever needed to be done.

We are so incredibly proud of them. This wasn’t just a catering job—it was a team effort from beginning to end.

A very special thank you to JCB and JCB Media for choosing Enola Gay Catering and trusting us with such an important job. It was truly a pleasure working with your teams, and we hope our paths cross again someday.

And to our Enola Gay Catering crew—there simply aren’t enough words to thank you. You gave us your time, your energy, and a whole lot of hard work. We could not have accomplished this without every one of you.

Speedweek 2026 is in books. We would like to thank the SCTA, racers, volunteers and spectators for all the support you gave this past week. Kurt and I would to thank the awesome Enola Gay Crew that was out there busting it out! We truly appreciate everyone.
