It's no secret that we like to do things a bit differently.. that being said I've been tinkering for way too long on a Detroit style pizza but it just kept coming out as a Detroit Style pizza.. I know, right?!?! BUT NOW.. I'm sold... DETROIT SLIMS... a regular size Detroit pizza but done in 2 seperate pans maximizing that caramelized crust!! I'll spend this week perfecting ratios and processes so we can deliver the best Detroit Slim style pizza possible! Pictured below are some testers from today.

The repairs at the West Warwick store are in process but by the time we get the gas back on and ovens heating we'll be well into the evening so West Warwick will remain closed for today. If you're in the mood for some pizza we'll be sending team members to the Coventry store in anticipation of a busier than normal evening! We appreciate ya'll more than we can express in words!
