There are a lot of good food combinations out there, but shrimp and steak together are on another level.

You get the rich, savory bite of steak, the lighter bite of shrimp, and somehow they just make each other better. It’s one of those combinations where you don’t have to choose between two things you’re craving because the right answer is obviously both.

At Tokyo Teriyaki, you can build a bowl around that combo and make it exactly the way you want it. Add fried rice or noodles, throw on some mushrooms, avocado, kimchi, pineapple, jalapeños, a fried egg, or some crunchy wonton strips, then finish it with your favorite sauce.

And this is where things get dangerous, because once you realize how good steak and shrimp are together, suddenly your normal one-protein bowl starts feeling a little underdressed.
