Meet Elissa

Student by day, barista by... also day (and maybe fueled by coffee in between). When she’s not studying at the University of Houston, you’ll find her at our EaDo Canal St. shop crafting your favorite drinks, sharing a smile, and making the café feel a little brighter.

Sweet, thoughtful, and always happy to chat, Elissa is the kind of person who makes grabbing coffee feel like catching up with a friend.
