📢 A Message to Our Community
Owning a small business isn't always easy, but one thing will never change—our commitment to taking care of our customers.

On August 22, a table dined with us. About 30 minutes after their food was served, they told us it was cold. As we always do, our manager immediately came over to listen and work toward a solution.

Unfortunately, before the issue could be resolved, one member of the party threatened one of our servers, and the group left without paying their bill.

Since then, we've made multiple attempts to contact the guests privately to resolve the unpaid balance, but we have not received a response.

We understand that mistakes happen, and we welcome honest feedback. If there's ever a problem with your meal, we'll do everything we can to make it right. What we cannot accept is threatening our employees or leaving without paying.

To our loyal customers, thank you for supporting our team and treating our staff with kindness and respect. Your support means everything to us.
