It’s officially Explore WSP Days, and our beautiful city is absolutely buzzing! 🌳✨

We love this community fiercely. It’s the place where we choose to call home, brew your daily coffee, and watch neighbors become family 😉 This weekend is all about celebrating everything that makes West St Paul so uniquely vibrant, historical, and connected.

The city has put together an incredible lineup of events—from parade and live music to a community garage sale and plethora of family fun. (Check out the full list of events attached to this post to plan your weekend! 📋👇) They have officially announced the cutest of city mascots "The WiSPs" ♡ check out City of West St. Paul for more information on our new besties !

Happy Pride Month, West St. Paul! Amore Coffee is, and will always be, a dedicated safe space for our LGBTQ+ community. 🌈✨

The best part of Amore is looking out across the room and seeing our community just being themselves—sharing stories, working on crafts, and laughing together. This month, we want to celebrate our LGBTQ+ family, neighbors, and staff who make this space so incredibly special.

At this table, you're seeing more than just two friends laughing over espresso. You're seeing two lifetimes of dedicated craft.

On the left is my friend Bud, a master woodcarver and retired engineer. His hands have shaped more stories than most of us can imagine. Opposite him is Mr. Aldrich, whose letterpress work preserves the beauty of ink, paper, and slow, deliberate creation at Nomadic Press (Stryker/Annapolis) .

In a world often obsessed with fast results and the "almighty dollar," these two hold true to something rare: patience, integrity, and the deep joy of making things by hand.

They remind us that some things—like a well-built chair, a beautifully printed card, or a perfect cup of coffee—can't be rushed. They require care, and they create connection.

Amore Coffee isn’t just about the beans; it's about the people and the sanctuary we build together. I am so honored to steward the place where paths like these cross.

So come on in. Find a seat, slow down, and share a story. Let’s keep building this beautiful, intentional community, one cup (and one laugh) at a time. ♥️☕

I had the absolute pleasure of going on a coffee crawl and formal cupping session with the brilliant team at . Getting to explore new flavor profiles, taste side-by-side, and talk about the journey of the bean—from the farmers at origin to the importers who honor their craft—always leaves me in total awe.

There is an immense amount of human energy, dedication, and passion that goes into every single harvest before it ever reaches our roaster at Amore. When you love what you do, you never stop learning, and honoring that global coffee community was exactly what the soul needed.

A huge thank you to everyone at Café Imports and the shops along the way for hosting such an inspiring, unforgettable day. My notebook is full, my palate is happy, and I am so ready to bring this renewed energy back to my favorite place on earth—the counter at Amore!

Change of plans closing at 5♡

In the spirit of the holiday—and to ensure our hardworking team gets a chance to put their feet up and spend time with their loved ones—Amore Coffee will be closing today at 5pm .

Our 'cubs' have been working incredibly hard today, and we want to honor their dedication by giving them back a piece of their afternoon. We will be back to our regular hours tomorrow morning to get your week started right!

Today, we celebrate the women who carried us, but also the women who choose to mother us every single day. To the aunts and cousins who stepped in, the mentors who guided us, the friends who hold our hair back, and the 'bonus moms' who saw a gap and filled it with love—thank you.

Mothering isn't just a biological act; it’s a verb. It’s the way we care for our community, the way we feed each other’s souls, and the way we show up when things get messy.
