Frank the Ninja Chef took off yesterday to ride his scooter down to the Chesapeake to hunt the last batch of Soft Shell Crabs for the Summer. His shooting stars and Katana Sword came in handy. The sea was angry that day, my friends. He returned unscathed with some delicious softies for his loyal customers. RESTAURANT WEEK IS IN FULL SWING!! We are setting records for the amount of customers, our chicken nearly flew the coop last night! We had 107 customers, more than doubling a normal Thursday, and a lot of them were loving the fried chicken bruschetta over tortellini. Probably cause our chicken is nothing to peck at. SO MANY SPECIALS at Mom’s this weekend we can barely keep track. In terms of food we have a pecan encrusted salmon with sweet mash potatas and brown butter beets, our Mac n cheese and baby shrimp stuffed lobster, and SEAFOOD LASAGNA.
