They say food is art, I don’t really know who said it and to be honest I don’t really care. But since I’m being Frank, few things in life wake up all of your senses like food does.

Sight 🙈! If it’s easy on the eyes , that’s a good sign

Hearing 🙉 ! Can you hear the 🍳 skillet sizzling, and you already anticipate what’s coming.

Smell 👃!! This is the one that really gets you, it could be your momma’s cooking , or a great BBQ restaurant down the road, when you get a whiff of it, you got to stop 🛑 and try it !

Taste 👅!! Your tongue is activated looking for those flavors we all love like sweet, salty, sour , bitter and savory

Touch 👋 ! Who hasn’t gone to the bakery section and done this , squeezed the bread 🥖!!

So when we as chefs 👨‍🍳
Intentionally use flavor, texture, color, aroma and presentation to express an idea, evoke emotion, or create a unique a experience.

Excuse me ☝️
I call this Art !!

Make your event unforgettable ✨

Great Catering isn’t only about what your guests taste- it’s also about what they experience.

For this event, we created a colorful appetizer presentation featuring a show, stopping shrimp, display, charcuterie, artisan cheese, fresh fruit, and all the accompaniments.

Beautifully presented. Ready for your guest. I’m designed to make an impression.

This one is a winner 🏆, you can serve it as an appetizer with a charcuterie board, as a side dish with pork tenderloin, venison, roast chicken, lamb etc. And the classic version with vanilla bean ice cream or dark chocolate ganache. And much more !!
