Fern Street’s forward-thinking culinary team is devoted to changing the standard of dining, and from charcuterie and snacks to
prime grilled meats and sustainably sourced seafood, all menu items are made with ingredients that are certified humane, sustainable, fair trade, free of GMOs and antibiotics. The open scratch kitchen is highlighted by a wood-fire oven imported from Modena, Italy, where most of the dishes are made, and where diners can get an up close and personal look of the culinary team at work. The extensive wine list includes an uncompromising wine selection that spans from top well-known producers to small artisanal growers from around the world. Guests can dine indoors within the modern art gallery, or outdoors in the expansive open-air ‘mural garden’ surrounded by oversized murals drawn by local artists and twinkle lights.
