Tropical Bakery has been a West Palm Beach staple for almost 40 years, and for us, this one is personal.

We grew up going there. Our families stopping for Cuban coffee. Pastelitos de guayaba, croquetas, tostadas, Malta, Cuban sandwiches, steak sandwiches all things that bring back memories of growing up right here in West Palm.

So on September 12th, we get to do something special with our friends at Tropical Bakery.

We’re bringing both kitchens together for a special menu of sandwiches, desserts, and a few remixes that represent both of us.

This is West Palm collaborating with West Palm.

Four years ago, we were racing against the clock to open Zipitios before the World Cup.

We poured everything we had into making it happen. Long days, long nights, permits, inspections, construction delays… and despite all of it, we missed the tournament by just a few months.

That one hurt.

We dreamed about what it would be like to pack this place with futbol fans from every country, sharing food, drinks, celebrations, heartbreak, and everything that makes this game so special.

This summer, that dream finally became reality.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, worn your jersey, sung your anthem, celebrated with strangers, and made this tournament unforgettable, thank you. You gave this place the atmosphere we imagined years ago.

Now there’s one match left.

Join us this Sunday for the World Cup Final. Let’s finish this tournament together.
