Routine doesn’t have to mean monotony
If you’ve walked through our doors day one to now, you’ve likely experienced our many changes firsthand.
We try to hold the tension between creating a shop that is familiar and consistent with one that is continually being refined by pushing us past our comfort zone.
A friend once shared with me the idea of slow design and it always stuck with me. He talked about a design that comes with extensive thought and consideration, functional modification and intentional application;
Design that grows and changes with time and tells a story that you can feel when you step into it.
One built by love and dedication that makes you pause, linger and desire to return to it. Something authentic to itself, not staged.
We love this idea and have tried our best to approach our shop in this way.
Yet out of all the things that we aim for a wish to be, we first want to be a place where people leave better than how they arrived.
So kick the case of the Mondays and come share a cup with us!
