House-smoked brisket at Taphouse West OC

🔥 SMOKER UPDATE — TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22

A quick heads-up from the kitchen at Taphouse West OC:

Due to an unexpected issue with our smoker, we will not have fresh brisket platters available today, and quantities will be limited on our pulled pork, smoked half chickens, and pork belly burnt ends.

We make our smoked meats and scratch-made food fresh daily, and unfortunately, sometimes equipment has other plans!

Our team is already working on getting the smoker back up and running as soon as possible, and we’ll keep everyone updated as things progress.

We apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. 🍻
