The Outpost Eatery

The Outpost Eatery Opened by Waypoint Youth and Community Center in June 2021, the Outpost is a restaurant located along the GAP Trail in West Newton, PA.

Our menu includes, snacks for along the trail, and various sandiches, including our "town-famous" Smash Burger.

Did you know that Trailhead Treats & Sweets is another one of our workforce development programs? Just like Outpost Eatery, it's a hands-on opportunity for local youth to build valuable job skills while serving our community.

They've just launched a brand-new menu featuring hand-dipped ice cream, customizable milkshakes, fresh mini donuts, and coffee! Whether you're craving a classic cone or a milkshake loaded with your favorite mix-ins, there's something for everyone.
