This is a PSA for our Pizza Fest family:
Do not use any link containing "Toast" for online ordering ! Pizza Fest will never see the order or the money. Toast service was canceled a week ago.
Before I canceled the service I turned off electronic payments so that any online order requires payment in the store ...in person.
Since these changes were put in place I've had several people call to complain of not getting their order and ask for a refund. Since I never received the order OR the payment, I am unable to return the money. Toast has that money and they apparently intend to keep that money since they deny the existence of the order and the payment.
You are not helping Pizza Fest at all. You are giving money to a company in Baltimore that will keep it and not even say thank you. They are wicked and their deeds are evil!
Once they get your payment, they WILL keep it and there's nothing I can do to help you get it back!!!
Please take heed to this warning.
One guy called yesterday saying he paid via PayPal. I don't even have a PayPal account!!! BUT apparently Toast does. Please stay away from Toast! May God have mercy on them....617-682-0225 direct line to Toast restaurant support in case you were able to place an order online with pizza fest. You can call this number to request a refund of your payment.
We should individually call the BBB and file a claim against Toast. Perhaps then we can see the money returned.
