Owners Tracy and Kristi Carter have been serving up their special blend of sauces and seasonings since 2005. Inspired by Central Texas barbecue flavors, they set out to create their own craft barbecue style in Northeast Louisiana. In 2017, they opened their own food truck to share their barbecue sandwiches and specialty creations with more and more people. When a door opened to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant, Tracy and Kristi jumped at the chance, and JAC’s Craft Smokehouse was born.
At JAC’s Craft Smokehouse, every seasoning, rub, and sauce is made in-house and crafted to finely balance with the delicate flavor of each 100% wood-smoked meat. Featuring recipes honed over years of crafting, JAC’s aims to please in every bite.
