Update on the cookbook! I visited the owners today and Bob is diligently working on making sure he has all your favorite recipes. Here is a tentative list that will be different from the table of contents. It was just my way of helping. Thanks for all your suggestions 😊

I am here with the owners now. He has made some good headway on typing up the recipes. They are interested in the recipes you all are most interested in seeing in the cookbook. They are overwhelmed a bit and are considering not including everything, so we just want to make sure none of the favorites end up on the chopping block 😃

I know there is a lot of interest in the recipes. I would be happy to make some family meals for pick up from the recipes until the owners have their cookbook ready if anyone would be interested.

The owners are contemplating how to format the book. It is difficult to take restaurant sized recipes and format them to family sizes, especially when the originals have been multiplied and adjusted for the commercial sizes. They have considered mathematically reducing them, trying to find originals, which is most difficult because their basement has flooded many times over the years ruining many cookbooks, or offering the full scale restaurant versions for you to decide. The owners are very complexed in their choosing. Could you offer your feedback and let us know what you think?
