Pepper-crusted. Honey-drizzled. Hand-rolled, one by one.

Our bacon-wrapped dates are the kind of bite that makes the whole table go quiet for a second. Caramelized bacon, cracked black pepper, a warm drizzle of hot honey pooling at the edges.

They're meant for sharing, but we won't judge if you keep the plate close.

A glass of something bold pairs beautifully here. Think Tempranillo or a smoky Syrah, something with enough weight to stand up to all that sweet heat.

🍷 Sometimes a wine arrives and you know after the first sip that it belongs on the list.

That was exactly our reaction to the Alois Lageder "Misto Mare."

This isn't your typical white wine. In fact, it's made from more than 14 different grape varieties, including both white and red grapes, all blended together into one incredibly unique wine from Italy's Alto Adige region. The result is something that's fresh, textured, bright, and completely unlike anything else on our menu.

What we love most is that every sip seems to reveal something new. You'll find citrus, stone fruit, floral notes, and a little bit of that alpine freshness that makes you immediately want another glass. It's complex enough for wine lovers but approachable enough for anyone looking to try something new.

The story behind the wine is just as cool. "Misto Mare" was created by Alois Lageder as a way to support vineyard partners who are transitioning to organic farming. The blend can change from year to year as new growers join the program, making every vintage a little different and a little special.

For us, it was love at first sip.
