My little newly vegetarian/meat eater still in the experimental stage 13-year-old nephew who a few days ago decided that he was going to try and go vegetarian then vegan just had his first breakfast of vegan tofu sausage scramble. He loved it!. He is already drinking cashew milk, eating more fruits and vegetables, eating very very little meat. In fact he said that as soon as it’s out of the freezer that he’s not gonna buy anymore. I’m so excited I am really looking forward to this experience for him. I’m just jealous that he figured out so early on.

I had this with my freshly frozen blueberries a small drizzle of agave and I was transported. Never been a big yogurt eater but this I can get behind becus it is DELICIOUS 😋!
