You already know what you should be eating. That was never the problem.
The problem is Wednesday. The week gets loud, the good intentions go quiet, and you are back to whatever is fastest.
This is the fix. 🌿 Food As Medicine is four Monday evenings in our kitchen, actually making the food with us. Not watching. Not taking notes you will never reread. Hands on the knife, hands in the bowl, walking out each week able to make it again on your own.
Here is the month:
🥣 Week 1. Breakfasts and functional drinks that hold your energy steady and quiet the cravings.
🥗 Week 2. Soups, salads, and nourishing bowls that make eating well the easy choice all week long.
🥑 Week 3. Dips, sauces, and dressings that make real food crave-worthy. This is the week people stop missing the old stuff.
🍫 Week 4. Desserts. Real ones, made from whole ingredients, with no guilt to negotiate with.
🗓️ Mondays, 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Starts June 8. Investment is $1,450, and it includes a Total Toxic Load Assessment (TOX), our educational assessment, plus a call with Dr. Sara Siso, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner.
In this family, we do not white-knuckle our way to eating well. We learn the skills, we share the counter, and we make it something we actually want to come back to. 💛
