There’s no easy way to say this, but it’s time for us to let everyone know that we have made the incredibly difficult decision to cease operations and put the Guac Box up for sale.
You’ve all been on this ride with us, and know that things took a turn for the worse at the end of 2023. We had to stop paying ourselves altogether in December, and held out until the end of March before our personal finances had been stretched beyond thin. Believe us when we say we have tried everything, looked under every rock for a solution, asked for help in every which way, and had to come to terms with the sad fact that this wasn’t working.
We have financial statements for interested parties to show that this is a good and viable business; we just made a bad decision that we were unable to overcome. We have tons of great contacts, and have made a great name for The Guac Box in Tippecanoe County and beyond.
