Declaration of Fermentation • Colonial Era Inspired Ale • ABV: 5.1%

Behind this brew: Dr. Matt Bochman, Department Chair of the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry, had an idea of making a beer with yeast harvested from 250-year-old oak trees to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States. The Tap is proud to collaborate with all of the Bloomington breweries to create this iconic brew. 🇺🇸
