For the past few years I have been running Asian Market in Provo, Utah, but recently decided to move on to a new challenge. We were both born and raised in Thailand. I have written two Thai cook books, "My Mom's Homemade Thai Recipe Book" and "My Mom's Homemade Quick & Tasty Thai Recipes". Potjana grew up in a family where her mother and aunt always cooked all kinds of delicious Thai foods. She ha

d to remind herself to stop eating and start learning from them. Cooking Thai food comes naturally to us. Red Basil is a family owned restaurant. We are proud to serve fresh, simple Thai food the way we cook at home. Our main goal is to bring you an authentic taste of Thailand. Please stop by and try our food.
