Happy Galentine's day everyone!! I hope today is spent celebrating your best girl friends and surrounding yourself with self care and love!

A special thank you to all the amazing hearts, minds and talents that went into creating this edible shoot! All of our brunch dishes including the plates are made from cake, chocolate, and sugar! We even made sugar roses to "pluck" from the wall to eat! I was seriously blown away with the talent that showed up that day!

This Galentines Day brunch shoot was so much fun to put together! All of these hardworking individuals (in front of the camera and not) were amazing to work with! And to top off the whole experience to be picked up by was the cherry on top!

Fresh summer produce is the best, but even better when it's cake! I made this cake for the fundraiser last week, and I love how it all came together! One lucky winner went home with this completely edible hyper realistic veggie table crate cake. It was a Sunday Morning cake, covered in .ice fondant, with hand sculpted and painted rice crispy treat veggies! It was such a lovely night meeting people who care about the community and rally together to make a difference!

This cake was actually a Rice Crispy Treat! Great gluten free option and perfect for hot summer nights! This was covered with .ice, hand painted and textured with wafer paper!
