I've been receiving quite a few messages asking who makes the bread at CaféLavie Bakery
, so I wanted to answer everyone at once.

Every bread recipe we make is my own recipe, created through a lot of hard work, testing, and dedication. As CaféLavie grows, I can't do everything by myself. I wear many hats every day, from shopping and bookkeeping to serving customers and running the business. That's why I'm training an employee to make my recipes exactly the way I designed them. The recipes and the standards remain mine.

Our breads are made with high quality wheat flour and carefully selected ingredients because quality has always been my priority.

I've also had questions about our ice cream. Yes, we proudly serve Hershey's Ice Cream! You can enjoy it by the scoop, in our desserts, or blended into our delicious smoothies. It's another way we're bringing more choices to our community.
