Our Dessertery in Mountain City will be home to Greek pastries galore, our new Lolliebaks, Baklava on a lollie stick❤️❤️❤️, and also doughnuts, Cakes(by the slice and whole) and cheescakes! We will feature seasonal flavors perfect for indulging and gifting!
Our cakes will feature 15 flavors like Red Velvet, Lemon mascarpone, Chocolate Fudge , Tiramisu and Pineapple Coconut to name a few!

A lot of questions about when and what! When are we opening and what are we serving? We are planning some soft open events in October.❤️ first will be our desserts just in time for Fall and the holidays! There will be some savory options as well , Spanakopita(spinach and feta pies) and soon Tiropita( feta cheese pies)! Anna’s Food truck will open with gyros, our Greek fries and more!
This is all to start while our kitchen gets reorganized and after that, our full menu will be on the way! We’re getting there!

Tomorrow takes me to Mill Camp Wines & Ciders for their last vendor event of the year! As summer winds down, October brings the opening of our Dessertery in Mountain city! Holidays are upon and with that gifts, lists, entertaining and all things sweet! Our new space gives me a chance to spread out and spread my wings to create and on that note, an idea of mine has taken flight! Lollibaks will be coming for the holidays! A fun way to eat Baklava is here! On a stick like a lollie and customizable for all of your gift giving! Beautiful for wedding favors and baby showers, birthdays and more! And all goes as planned, shipping will be available! Soget ready, Fall is here, the pumpkins are on the way along with Greek goodness ! We can’t wait to meet you all!

We do a lot of catering. We have longed for a venue space to hold special events and now with our new village, we will be able to host so many celebrations soup to nuts! So if you are planning something in the coming year, it's not too early to reach out!

For those of you that have been to our cafe in Boone, you know our history-family-memorabilia wall is so fun for all and while our cafe has a bit of a different vibe than the village will have, the wall is coming with us! We have closed off the side room( for you all that know the building) which is expanding the kitchen and giving us a perfect canvas for our family photos and more to find a new home! It's going to be amazing! Here's a peek at Boone's :)

The painting outside is done and now begins our interior organization. We stumbled upon this building looking for a dessert space and while we were right in the middle of a full year of events, so it's been hectic, on top of that a move. I had set a goal for an October opening of our dessertery and the kick off of our food truck. Yes, food from the truck for now, while the kitchen gets a facelift. So get ready, it's happening! OPA! Stay tuned for the event announcement! Thank you all so much for the kindness and support you've shown us. Thank you.

IT’S HAPPENING. 💙💚

After all the dreaming, planning, debating paint colors 😂 and imagining what Ambrosia Greek Village could become… the transformation has begun!

There is still SO much to come — shutters and awnings, flowers, terracotta, signs, gardens, Greek touches, and all the little details that will make this place feel like a village.

We can’t wait to welcome you here.
