soo behind the scenes, in addition to everything that’s been happening in my life lately, i decided to enroll in a course to become certified in nutrition, health & wellness! 🍎🥑💫 this way, when i work with my private clients, i can create meals and personalized meal plans, workout plans & overall wellness plans to support them along their journey into becoming the very best version of themselves ✨. the plans will include things like the optimal amount of macronutrients your body needs to perform at its highest, specifically curated for YOU based on your lifestyle - with meal plans based on foods you actually like to eat + the recipes, a workout routine designed around your goals, activity level and available time + recommendations on how to manage stress, like guided meditations, walking, REST, personal time, etc+! 🧘🏾♀️💪🏾
