From the lush hills of Finca Alasitas in Caranavi, Bolivia, where mornings roll in with mountain mist and coffee cherries are picked by hand at peak ripeness 🌿☕️
The Rodríguez family didn’t just build a farm here, they helped reimagine what Bolivian specialty coffee could be. After years in coffee exporting, they invested in their own farms to prove Bolivia could produce world-class beans, while also helping local growers raise standards through education and modern farming practices.
And the cup? Beautiful. Clean, vibrant, layered. Depending on the lot, Los Rodríguez coffees are known for everything from floral jasmine and citrus to ripe stone fruit, honeyed sweetness, and silky chocolate finishes. The kind of coffee that makes you pause after the first sip.
Not all beans tell a story like this, but these do 🤍
