Like all great steakhouses, meats and seafood take center stage, but in collaboration with Executive Chef Patrick Florendo, Drai has designed a menu that goes beyond the ordinary. Featuring signature dishes such as Whole Roasted Loup de Mer and Roasted Whole Range Free Chicken deconstructed and re-constructed for a shared table experience, the menu also includes all prime-aged steaks, butchered in house, and fresh seafood options
