Kitchen Manager in search of a part time proffessional kitchen lead for a new fast casual , Gourmet pizza restaurant. Skills required: Minimum of 2 years kitchen lead experience, Can manage people respectfully while maintaining the restaurants goals of excelent quality food and fast turn around times for tickets. Understands food costing and inventory procedures. Able to implement and uphold daily, weekly and monthly cleaning routines. Help establish and maintain prep pairs ofor daily service.
