“Award-winning Southern chef Sean Brock has brought his talents to Los Angeles with Darling, a live-fire restaurant in West Hollywood. The restaurant feels like a departure for Brock, whose menu focuses on California produce and seasonality. The dish lineup constantly evolves, but expect options such as lamb tartare with smoked tomato, grilled Tehachapi bread with Ojai pixie marmalade, and a barbecue pork chop with snap peas and green garlic. If available, try the dry-aged steak burger, available in limited supply each night.”
