When we saw Green Chartreuse was available, we knew Justin would create something special to share — and once again, he’s built a beautifully balanced cocktail that’s aromatic, herbaceous, lightly savory, and refreshingly bright.

SPA WATER
Manzanilla, Bordiga Extra Dry Vermouth, Green Chartreuse, cucumber syrup, and celery bitters — finished with basil oil and a splash of prosecco.
