We currently have a career opportunity available for an experienced Line Cook.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for all menu items
Visually inspect, select, and utilize only food items of the highest quality in the preparation of menu items
Stock, properly rotate and replenish items needed for service
Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment; comply with Department of Health standards at all times
Work the line in a timely fashion and create quality and consistent products for our guests
Ensure final presentation of menu items is up to standards
Perform other related duties as requested

Experience required:

At least one year culinary experience
Diner experience a plus
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
Strong team-working skills
Positive attitude
Food handler's safety certified a plus
Neat, quick and efficient worker
Highly independent
Flexibility with scheduling is a must; schedules will include weekends and holidays
