Many of you may have noticed that our building at 421 N. Main Street has been listed for sale.💲
After a great deal of thought and prayer, we’ve made the decision to transition Shorey’s from a brick-and-mortar location to a fully mobile food truck, effective once the property is under contract and the sale is finalized.
This change allows us to do something we’ve wanted to do for a long time: take the same food you love beyond one address. Moving to a food truck gives us the flexibility to serve additional communities, cater private events, participate in festivals and local activities, and bring Shorey’s to places we simply couldn’t reach before.
The quality of our food isn’t changing. Our commitment to serving you well certainly isn’t changing. What is changing is our mobility, and with that comes opportunity.
We are incredibly grateful for the support you’ve shown us over the past four years at 421 N. Main Street. That chapter has meant more to our family than we can adequately express. Now, we’re excited to write the next one, and this time, we get to bring it directly to you.
We’ll continue to open in the spring if the sale has not yet been made, but will certainly share updates as the sale progresses and as our food truck timeline becomes official.
