Having a Korean best friend growing up taught me so much about Korean food and culture. We used to make gimbap and japchae at home all the time, and there was this little Korean dumpling restaurant across from our high school that we visited at least once a week.

Then came college… and the comfort of Shin Ramyun and budae-jjigae after some very long nights (cough 😂). Those meals got me through more than I’d like to admit.

Fast forward to today, and somehow this became reality. I get to surround myself with all the foods I grew up loving—and the best part? I don’t have to pay for them anymore! 😆
