You guys rock! We do this as a hobby on the weekends and when every weekend goes like this it makes it all worth it! Hearing everyone's comments about the food, good or bad makes us wanna keep doing it every weekend! From the bottom of our hearts here at KPG SMOKIN' we appreciate everyone that came out and gave us a try! We sold out of alot of our food early on and it was a great event!!

The smoke is rolling in preparation for tomorrow's West Fargo Events sheyenne street fair!! We will be out a little different menu this weekend to showcase our award winning ribs to allow this area the chance to try them out!! Come on out tomorrow from 10am-3pm!! Look for the big red trailer with the smoker on the porch! We are excited to see all the local crowd!!

1st place!!!!!!!!! What a day! The weather was a struggle for all teams with the wind but it was a great turn out! Congrats to all teams that heard their name! Thank you to Anamoose’s RibFest for putting on a great contest every year! We are already ready to go back next year!! Big thank you to Erik Pratschner for all the help today!

We are back!! The prep is in full swing for one of our favorite contents of the year! We are bringing our smokehouse Mac and cheese out plus all the ribs we could get our hands on!!
