We have decided to discontinue our frozen veggies for the time being and have discounted the ones we have left in inventory. These will be sold on a first come first serve basis and while supplies last. Thank you all for your constant feedback and input on what keeps you all happy!

What's for dinner tonight? Here is a recipe from Chelsea Rendelman that looks amazing!
Balsamic Chicken with Spinach and Roasted Peppers:
1 tbsp olive oil
1.5-2 sheets of prime fuel raw chicken steak
1/2 package of frozen chopped spinach (more if desired)
3-4oz of roasted red peppers sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4C of balsamic vinegar (or more to taste)

Heat oil over medium heat. Break up chicken steak add to pan. Season with salt and pepper. While the chicken is cooking microwave frozen spinach and squeeze with a paper towel to get moisture out. When chicken is no longer pink add balsamic vinegar. Wait until the vinegar reduces a little and then add chopped spinach and sliced roasted peppers to pan. Cook until heated through. Drizzle with Paleo mayo if desired.
