To all of our PEEPS!!! Bringing back Holly’s to what it was has become a bit more than what we thought… It’s all good though! Terry and I are a great team and want it to be exactly what you have been missing! I know all of you are waiting, supporting and eager, as are we… We are trying to keep you in the loop and share our progress as it happens. Sharing our space with Zach, who now owns Woolfie’s Bakery, is a FANTASTIC addition to our new journey of Holly’s. We are doing our best to get back up and running. We can not project a specific date yet , but what I can tell you is… that it will be sooner than later you just gotta wait for it!!!!
MEATBALL SUB SATURDAY WILL BE BACK, as well as our DELICIOUS LOBSTER ROLLS, and all of your personal favorites!!!
We sooooo appreciate all of the support we are seeing… I’ve missed all of you guys!!! Keep on following and sharing!!! SEE ALL OF YOU SOON!!!

Weekend update:

I am so lucky to have a friend, a ride or die that will show up for anything❤️ we prepped and painted for hours. Had J & B Renovations in for a special project that is near and dear to me and Holly. It came out better than I envisioned it and they were very patient when I changed my mind in mid build...A huge thank you to Zach Woolfie's Bakery for bringing over treats for a much needed break. The banana nut muffin is crazy good. I went back today to paint the final coat but tapped out at 2, I’ll finish tomorrow. One step closer…

(Holly said it's up to me) so I'm asking for input. The bottom half of the wall is getting painted. I narrowed it down to 4 colors. It needs to compliment the floor, so help me out and tell me what you think. The green in the pics is the color of half the floor.

Hi everyone, it's official as of 12:01 this morning Holly's Deli is ours! Holly and I have partnered up to bring Holly's back to the place everyone loved. We are excited to be sharing space with Woolfie's and new owner Zach. He's a great person and we hope you come in to meet him as well. There's a lot of work to be done but we will keep you updated on the progress and when we will be opening . I look forward to meeting all of you! Luv Terry ❤️

To all of my peeps, there is no false hope here … this is the real deal… Terry and I will be kicking the restart up of Holly’s together … follow, like and share as we take the steps to open! We are just as excited as you are!!

With sadness, and apology to our loyal regular customers, we are closing to the public until roadwork is completed in our section of Rt 28. The amount of food/pay loss since roadwork started in October has been devastating. We simply cannot sustain any more loss until normal traffic patterns are restored.

We were originally told work would be completed and detours removed in our area in late November. At this moment, we are being told they should be in/out of our area by Early/Mid March.

We are still shipping muffins, bagged coffee, and merch at woolfies.com
Stay tuned and we will announce a re-opening in March.
