What started as a dream converted into "Pop up" dinners now has a permanent location in West Dennis Massachusetts. Using only the best available ingredients, many sourced locally, Clean Slate offers diners a choice between two menus that change weekly. At Clean Slate we believe that food is about community and the interactions of people within that community. This is not just a meal but an experience. Food to us is not only about taste and texture but the emotions it provokes and creates. We look forward to dining with you soon.

July Menu starts tomorrow (I know its still June, but hopefully you get it)....
Everybody always asks during service where the inspiration for the menus come from. In the moment its hard to answer, but when I reflect the answer is simple.
At this point in our 10th season, well over 100 menus, and tacos thrown in the mix, it's pretty easy to say the inspiration comes from y'all. The fact that you keep coming back, that a tasting menu restaurant on Cape Cod has had the opportunity to watch kids grow from shy littles reading books into young adults headed off to college. We see the same people on close to the same days every year. You celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, graduations with us. We have become apart of your annual Cape trip. The amount of people I greet with a hug on a nightly basis is overwhelming. So yeah, the inspiration for ever menu comes from y'all, we always want to do better, and we always want you to feel like this meal was better then your last.
P.S. I tasted most of this menu today, I think we are on track for the best menu yet!

Our Summer Schedule is:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 5pm-10pm A La Carte (shareable savory & Desserts)
Wednesday & Thursday: Tasting Menu 6:15pm (doors open at 5:45)
Friday & Saturday: Tasting Menu 6:15pm (doors open at 5:45) AND "Late Night" A La Carte 8:45ish to 11:30ish
Sunday: Closed
