La Tacodilla

La Tacodilla is a Tijuana/SoCal style taco shop that specializes in Birria de Res Tacos.

Each tacos are grilled on a flat top "Quesadilla" style, with or without cheese. Served in a corn tortilla (*GF) with a side of sauce for sippin or dippin.

Thanks to everyone who braved the line and the cold on Saturday!
And to those of you who couldn't make it (or wait over an hour for tacos), you have another chance this week.
Starting tomorrow (Tuesday the 4th) you can pre-order tacos for pick up (until we run out)

This Saturday, we are back for one night! Eat inside , drink Horchata Stout (maybe some margs too), talk s**t with working the front

A parting gift and a new beginning....
Unfortunately, we weren't successful in finding a brick & mortar for TacoDilla, and it just doesn't make sense financially or personally for us to continue this summer. We still want to offer our daytime peeps some treats, so we will be opening on Mondays & and Tuesdays, where Amanda and I will be cooking up some of our favorite /Trashy items from 12-6 while we prep for
I know some of y'all are going to be mad, and i get it, but trust me, this was not an easy decision, but it was one that had to be made.

Come warm yourself up with a big ass burrito on Saturday the 25th at 12pm until the tortillas are gone.
We will be taking orders in person, and over the phone (when we can) until all the food is gone
As always limited amounts on everything (especially Carne Asada) so come early if you want what you want!

Who's ready for a Burrito pop-up?!?!?!

I just got home to the Cape after a visit to Tuscon AZ in the Sonoran Desert. For those that don't know this is Flour Tortilla Country, and Tuscon might as well be fu***ng Mexico (besides the old white snowbirds).
I did a lot of research (with my belly), and found the best flour tortillas you will ever taste, and I have to share! (Otherwise, I will have to eat 22lbs of tortillas)

On Saturday the 25th, we will be wrapping these bad boys around carnitas, domestic wagyu asada, roasted cauliflower, and scallops, either with rice & beans (mission style) or crinkle cut fries (California style).

More details to come, but mark your calendars for January 25th.....!

GOOD NEWS we will be open tomorrow, September 10th for Taco Tuesday!
BAD NEWS, that's going to be it for a while, I need a break, and so does the staff. We have a decent amount of food ready to go, but will be very limited, or 86ed on some items.
FUN NEWS, we will be teaming up with again to release our collab beer "Horchata Stout" in the late fall (details to come from them & us), so if you miss us tomorrow you will be able to get your Taco fix at the release party!!
GREAT NEWS, we are in the works/talks of a new permanent location for TacoDilla, that (HOPEFULLY) means no more s**tty hours, closing early, selling out!!!!

I can't thank everybody enough for making this Covid born business such a success over the last 4 years, especially the staff with a huge emphasis on the names Dave & Eliza!
