Today was a very special day for our family and everyone at Zesto.

We were deeply honored to attend the unveiling of Gus Manos Memorial Street, a lasting tribute to a man who dedicated his life to this community.

For decades, Gus welcomed generations of customers, built lifelong friendships, supported local organizations, and believed that treating people like family was the right way to do business. His impact reached far beyond the walls of Zesto, and we’re incredibly grateful to see his legacy recognized in such a meaningful way.

We want to sincerely thank Mayor Tem Miles, Rep. Micah Caskey, Sen. Russell Ott, the City of West Columbia Council and staff, and everyone who helped make this honor possible. Most of all, thank you to the countless customers, friends, employees, and neighbors who have shared memories and supported our family through the years.

Every time we drive down this street, we’ll be reminded of a life well lived and a legacy that will continue to inspire future generations.

Thank you for helping keep Gus’s memory alive. 💙💙💙

Well, this was a fun surprise today!

In a new Southern Living article, Columbia native and Today Show co-anchor Craig Melvin shared his favorite places to visit when he comes home — and Zesto of West Columbia made the list.🍦

We’re honored to be part of so many Columbia memories.

Thanks for the kind words, Craig!
