Tonight was the second successful catering event for The Magnolia Southern Kitchen! We provided the food for Be Something Great by Byron M. Randon Appreciation Dinner. Byron gave me these beautiful flowers and also brought tears to my eyes with his kind words of appreciation to me.

I was too busy to get any photos, but the menu was:

* Garlic & Herb Roasted Chicken
* Beef Tips w/Caramelized Onions in a Rich Gravy
* Served over Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
* Green Beans
* Rolls

It was a wonderful meal, if I say so myself, and an even better Appreciation Dinner.
