A little humble brag from the bakery today: our whole-grain sourdoughs have been rising to the occasion. 😏

Whole-grain breads like our Wheat Blend and Seeded Rye can be a little stubborn, but lately we’ve been getting some of our best rise and texture yet—and we’re pretty proud of them.

Now, whether our photography and social-media skills have improved at the same rate is debatable. Luckily, we’re much better at baking bread than taking pictures of it. 😂
