Hard to believe this is our final post here. Five years ago, we took a leap of faith to follow our dream, and what a ride it has been. Against all odds (including a global pandemic 🤣), we pivoted, adapted, and found a way to bring great food to West Chester.
When the world began to feel “normal” again, it became Josh’s time to shine—bringing his rich culinary background, love for seasonal ingredients, and deep passion for the restaurant industry to life. We are so proud of the connections we’ve made, the employees who became family, and the meals we’ve shared with you.
These last few weeks have been bittersweet—filled with phone calls, texts, visits from old employees, and customers who came in for one last meal. Each moment has reminded us how truly grateful we are for every second of this journey.
A special thank you to our family, friends, and employees—we could not have done this without you. And to our kids, Michael, Molly, Thomas, and Colin—thank you for every sacrifice, every schedule change, and every time you pitched in without hesitation. We can’t wait for this next chapter filled with more memories and time together. We love you endlessly. ❤️
With that, thank you, West Chester. You have been nothing short of spectacular. This is not goodbye—just see you later.
