Toast Tavern offers a new twist on old favorites from around the world, combining a gastro pub style tavern with a world fusion menu. Our kitchen staff has more than 50 years experience combined in world cuisine. Created by Chef Dan Funk, our menu is widely diverse and will please any palate. sist of toasted breads, hence the name "Toast", from 20 different regions of the world, covering 6 continents. These breads are incorporated with notable entrees from the same region as the bread, then paired with a beer or wine from that same region. With this concept you are truly getting a genuine dining experience from the region of your choice. The Brunch menu also features many toasted breads in the form of "Benedict's", "French Toasts", and "Canapes", as well as many traditional breakfast items. The signature "Pyramid" dessert, which serves 2, also utilizes the same concept by starting with a Grilled White Chocolate and Blackberry Bread Pudding base topped with 6 layers of our other desserts, which are all made in house.
