1/24/23 Coffee selection
First post! If you're new to ordering with me, please feel free to message me. I rotate through coffees as I run out, always finding the next fun thing to demo with my friends and family. I'm making this page to hopefully expand my reach to the West Chester and Exton communities!
As you can see in the pictures, I have 5 coffees currently available. You can order them any way you like, Light, Light-Medium, Medium, Medium-Dark, or Dark if you're looking for espresso. I'll label them with my recommended roast level, but feel free to adventure! I can sell you 6oz sample bags, or 12oz full-sized bags. I can grind it for you, but typically I leave that up to you as it tastes best when freshly ground.
Guatemalan: This one shocked me, it tastes like apples dipped in dulce de leche! On a medium roast, dark chocolate bitter-sweetness comes out. I would highly recommend a light to medium.
Kenya Nyeri: Think white wine. Dry acidity, sharp fruits. Complex, but fun. Recommend as a light to medium.
Columbian: Beautiful balance of sweetness and light fruits. I recommend light-medium to medium.
Ethiopian: Intensely fruity as a light roast, or sweet and fragrant as espresso.
Kenya Thika: Unexplored territory, haven't tried this one yet as I just got it in the mail. For now, I would recommend it as a light to light-medium. Feel free to be the test subject!
