This wine offers flavors of red raspberry, cinnamon, and cherry cola with a smooth finish and a touch of toasted oak. The medium tannins and balanced acidity of Merlot complement many foods, making it a versatile red wine that pairs well with a variety of foods, including cheese, poultry, pasta, duck and red meat.
