A completely equipped commercial kitchen on wheels, we can prepare
and serve fresh food at any venue. After 30 years of restaurant ownership
and catering expertise we have taken all the elements of our foodservice experience and condensed them into our food truck. Our chef has been the business of cooking for over 45 years
and has o wealth of knowledge in creating most any cuisine.

We have our preplanned menus available, as well as the
ability to customize a menu to what ever your needs and budget

PLANNING A WEDDING ? How about a special treat for your guests
at the end of the reception when the dancing and prtying is over with a quick bite of
“road food”and a soft drink without fumbling around for change.
REHEARSAL DINNER? We can come to your location and provde anything
from a quick bite to a BBQ to Raw Bar
FAMILY REUNIONS, POOL PARTIES or any type of gathering is a lot easier
when there is no set up , cleanup, food preparation or leftovers for you to deal with
We just pull up , set up the stand, feed your friends , take it with us at the end

We are available as retail pay as you order or as a prepaid caterer.

We are calling it "Full Circle " here because many of you didn't know that I had a food truck on this corner, where the post office is now, in the late 70"s. We have gone full circle!
