Years of technical experience and a highly trained staff have made producing and properly freezing dough a science. Einstein Noah Restaurant Group currently utilizes two dough-making facilities: a company-operated facility in Whittier, California, and a plant located in Avon, Indiana whose third party operators produce dough to particular specifications for the Einstein Bros.® and Manhattan Bagel brands.
