You will enjoy seeing our chefs at work, grilling meats and baking fresh bread in our open kitchen which is testament to our hygiene standards. Whether you want a quick serve to go or feel like relaxing in our vintage lounge, you will enjoy the experience. Having experienced the hustle bustle of urban city life the two brothers had become accustomed to eating unhealthy fast food from street vendor

s and fast food shops. Never had the time, or the energy to search for a great, healthy option when it was time for food. Fed up of having to put up with low quality fast food, they decided to embark upon a journey to re-invent quick serve. They went farm to farm in Michigan to pick out the farmers who practiced organic and ‘grass-fed’ methods of raising their animals, to put together a team of suppliers that would provide the highest quality meats, fruits and vegetables. Their quest for transparency went beyond just the quality of meats and vegetables. They also put in place an open kitchen where they can be seen grilling locally sourced organic and grass-fed meats and baking fresh bread to the amusement of their guests. From farm to fork, this is truly transparent. It is high quality food served fast. The restaurant is called “Loya” which means ‘grand’ in Pashto. The grandness lies in what we have to offer.

Organic food in simple words is just food that nature has intended for us. Rich in life preserving nutrients, organic food is what has sustained life on this planet since its inception. Nutrient dense organic soil enables the growth of nutritious plants which are consumed by animals and humans alike. Use of chemicals, pesticides and GMOs deplete our soil of its nutrient content and continue to spread the poison throughout the food chain.😊

We understand that “Organics” is not only limited to produce but that organic meats are also a cornerstone of a healthy diet. Even cattle that is raised on natural pasture and fed grass produces superior meat than its GMO grain-fed counterparts.😌
