We are looking for a restaurant manager to lead a upcoming Indian cuisine. You will motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Must have previous work experience as a restaurant manager and proven customer service experience.
Responsibilities includes
Ø Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations
Ø Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Ø Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Ø Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Ø Organize and supervise shifts
Ø Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Ø Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Ø Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Ø Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Ø Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Ø Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Ø Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Ø Recommend ways to reach a broader audience
Ø Train employees on proper customer service practices
Ø Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
